Beatrix Potter Makes

I have been sooo busy lately with my 'day' job, trying to complete a qualification (about half way there now) and keeping on top of the copious amounts of cat hair that finds it's way through the entire house, that it's left little time for much else. This has made me sad as I have had to put crafting on a back burner and now I having serious craft withdrawal symptoms.

I have so many CD-Roms that I have yet to play with, just cannot wait to get my mitts onto them. Have just been thinking about the Beatrix Potter cards I made a while back and how amazingly beautiful they look. Even though it took me a while to complete because it involved lots of hand-cut decoupage. They are tunnel decoupage which means instead of layering up to be 3D they have perspective like a tunnel. It is very difficult to capture in a picture though and I am not the best photographer.
