Joanna Sheen entry - Celebrate

Hello lovelies, it seems like a long time since I made a blog post. Haven't been crafting that much recently because I had my tooth extracted and sooo much pain - all good now! My only concern now is that we are only a few weeks from Christmas and I have such a large amount left to make. Keep telling myself to keep calm and carry on.

This is the card I made tonight for the Joanna Sheen Challenge with the theme of 'Celebrate'. I have used Messy Rabbit Christmas CD and added some spotty backing paper from my stash, pink card stock and polka dot ribbon. I have added some gems and used a Martha Stewart border punch for some extra dimension.

Here you can see the decoupage giving it extra dimension.

Pretty Pastels - GDT card for Crafting Musketeers

I am thrilled to announce that I have been chosen to be a Guest on the design team (GDT) for the Crafting Musketeers Challenge Blog...

.... and here is my GDT card for the theme of Pretty Pastels, I am soooo happy with it!

For this card I have gone for shades of pastel orange/peach, with a touch of pastel pink and mint green. The backing paper is from Do Crafts, with some matching pastel paper from my stash. This very cute image of a tiger and a birthday cake is from the CD from Crafter's Companion 'Morehead'. I have used the gorgeous embellishments of resin flowers from Dovecraft, pearls and beautiful lace. The sentiment is a stamp from my stash, stamped in black ink.

Thank you so much for looking at  my blog. If you are a fellow crafter please do join in with the challenge, it is very fun! Any comments are very much appreciated. Don't forget to follow me for regular updates from me and the challenges I play along with xx
